SAL is currently engaged in a programme, in joint partnership with the Law Society and British Telecom, to encourage FTSE 250 firms to amend their procurement procedures so that they demand and receive, diversity information from the law firms tendering to provide legal services to them. This enables those companies to instruct firms who are truly committed to ensuring diversity in their workforce.
