Lal works for the Environment Agency's prosecution team in the Thames Region and deals with regulatory enforcement cases.He was previously the head of the Prosecutions team at the then Department of Trade and industry ( now Berr) and before that was a Branch Crown Prosecutor leading the CPS London Highbury Team.
